Refund Policy

At Pixel Cat LLP ("we", "our", or "us"), we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for subscription purchases made through our mobile applications.

1. Digital Subscriptions

All subscription purchases for our mobile applications are processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). As such, refund requests for in-app subscriptions are handled directly by the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies.

2. How to Request a Refund

Apple App Store (iOS): You can request a refund through Apple's website at reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support. Apple reviews and processes all refund requests for App Store purchases.

Google Play Store (Android): You can request a refund through Google Play's website at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory or by contacting Google Play Support. Google reviews and processes all refund requests for Play Store purchases.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

  • iOS: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel.

Please note that deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

5. Our Commitment

While refund processing is handled by Apple and Google, we are committed to resolving any issues you may experience with our apps. If you encounter a problem, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help:

We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 48 hours.

6. Physical Goods

Pixel Cat LLP does not currently sell physical goods. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated to include relevant return and refund procedures for physical products.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
